Thai cuisine is a perfect blend of four flavors: salty, sweet, sour, and spicy. Thai dishes are renowned for combining all four distinct flavors.
Siam Garden has been family-owned and operated since 1988. We take pride in being the first spot to get Thai food in St. Pete and it shows in the quality of our food. For over 35 years we've been serving authentic Thai food to the Tampa Bay area using original Thai recipes passed down from generation after generation.

The founder of Siam Garden, Piboon (popularly known by most guests as Boone), has been cooking for over 60 years. At the age of 12 he would help his mother and grandmother prepare dinner in their cramped kitchen in Bangkok. Using recipes wisely passed down from them, his passion is to share his culture and cuisine with the world.

Did you know? Thai people don't prefer to eat with chopsticks, they're mainly reserved for noodle dishes. For everything else, they use a fork and spoon.
